PetFenceUSA.com currently ship to USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. If you would like to ship to another country, please e-mail us at sales@petfenceusa.com and provide us your shipping address as well as the item(s) that you are interested. We would be glad to provide a shipping quote for you.

Please note that shipping days do not include weekends and public holidays. To find out the estimate delivery date of your package, please click on "Estimate Ship Date" link on the product page.

Shipping to United States:

For Ground Shipping:
Please allow average of 1-3 business days for processing your order.

* Free shipping items only apply for U.S. customers (within the 48 continental states), additional shipping may be required for Hawaii & Alaska.

For Next Day, Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day Shipping:
Please allow 24 hours for processing your order. Next Day, Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping will either be shipped on the same day or 24 hours later.

Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

Shipping to Canada:
We currently ship UPS Standard to Canada (5-9 Business Day Delivery) and UPS Worldwide Saver (1 Business Day Delivery), please choose these 2 option at the shopping cart page for your shipping rate.

Please note: Brokerage, taxes, and duties may be required and will be responsible by the recipient of the package.

We currently ship USPS Priority International to Europe, please choose Europe Standard as the shipping method at the shopping cart page for rates.

Shipping Guarantee:

We shipped our products with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. The shipping rate is based on UPS rates. All of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen. Please contact us if there is any issue with your package.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order gets processed, or you may click on the order status from the order confirmation e-mail. With the tracking #, you may use our order status page to check the status of your package.
